Frequently asked questions

Answers about ordering, delivery, payments and the API. If yours isn't here, message us and we'll help.

Getting started

How do I place my first order?+
Add funds to your wallet, pick a service from the list, paste the link to your profile or post, enter a quantity and submit. The charge is taken from your balance and the order starts right away.
Is there a minimum spend or monthly fee?+
No monthly fee and no minimum spend. You only pay for the orders you place. Each service shows its own minimum and maximum quantity.
What link should I use?+
Use the full public link to the exact profile, post, video or channel the order is for — not a screenshot or username alone. The account must be public, otherwise delivery cannot start.

Orders & delivery

How fast do orders start?+
Most services begin within minutes. Each service lists its own estimated start time, and your orders page shows the live status of everything you've placed.
What do the order statuses mean?+
Pending — accepted, waiting to start. Processing or In progress — delivering now. Completed — finished in full. Partial — part delivered, the rest refunded. Canceled — stopped before delivery. Refunded — the charge is back in your wallet.
My order hasn't started. What should I do?+
Give it an hour first — some services queue before they begin. If nothing has moved after that, message support with your order ID and we'll check it with the provider.
Can I cancel an order?+
Orders that haven't started can usually be cancelled, and the charge goes back to your wallet. Once delivery has begun it can't be stopped partway.
Delivery dropped after it completed+
Some drop is normal on any platform. Services marked with a refill guarantee can be topped up within their guarantee window — send us the order ID and we'll arrange it.
Can I order the same service twice at once?+
Let the first order finish before placing another for the same link. Overlapping orders on one target often confuse the provider's counting and can cause both to under-deliver.

Payments

How do I add funds?+
Open your wallet and choose card or bank transfer, crypto, or mobile money. Credit usually lands within seconds of the payment clearing.
My payment succeeded but my balance hasn't changed+
Bank transfers can take up to 30 minutes to confirm. If it's been longer, send us the payment reference and the amount and we'll trace it.
How do refunds work?+
Refunds go back to your wallet balance, not your card or bank. Failed and cancelled orders are refunded automatically — you'll see the credit in your transactions.
Does my balance expire?+
No. Funds stay in your wallet until you spend them.

API & resellers

Is there an API?+
Yes. Generate a key on the API page and you get endpoints for the service list, placing orders, checking status and reading your balance, with examples in cURL, Python and PHP.
Can I resell under my own brand?+
That's what the API is for. Connect your own site or bot, set your own prices, and orders are placed against your wallet balance here.
Can I place many orders at once?+
Use mass order — one order per line as service | link | quantity. Every line is checked and priced before anything is charged.
My API key stopped working+
Generating a new key immediately invalidates the old one. Copy the current key from the API page into your integration.

Account

How do I change my password?+
Open your profile, enter your current password and the new one twice. You stay signed in on this device afterwards.
I forgot my password+
Use the forgot password link on the sign-in page. We email you a reset link — it works once, and requesting a new one cancels the previous link.
Is my data safe?+
Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text, and payments are handled by the payment providers rather than on our servers. Keep your API key private — it can spend your balance.
