Terms & policy
The rules for using Certipanel, how we handle your data, and how refunds work. Please read before placing an order.
Last updated 26 October 202601 Terms of service
By creating an account or placing an order on Certipanel, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use the service.
Certipanel is a marketplace for social media marketing services. We pass your orders to third-party providers who carry out the delivery. We're responsible for your wallet, your orders and our support — not for the internal workings of those providers, and not for the platforms the services are delivered on.
You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country to use this service.
02 Your account
You're responsible for everything that happens under your account, including orders placed through your API key.
- Keep your password and API key private. Anyone with your API key can spend your balance.
- Give an email address you actually control — password resets and order notices go there.
- One person or business per account. Don't create extra accounts to get around a limit or a suspension.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to your account.
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, is used for fraud, or repeatedly disputes legitimate charges.
03 Orders & delivery
Each service lists its rate per 1,000, its minimum and maximum quantity, and an estimated start time. Those estimates are guidance, not guarantees — delivery speed depends on the provider and the platform.
- Check your link before ordering. A wrong link, a private account, or content deleted mid-delivery cannot be refunded once delivery has begun.
- Don't run overlapping orders on the same link. If you do and delivery counts get confused, we can't compensate for the shortfall.
- Don't change your username or privacy setting while an order is running, as it usually breaks delivery.
- Orders that haven't started can usually be cancelled. Once delivery has begun, it can't be stopped partway.
- Some services offer a refill guarantee. Where offered, its length is shown on the service and refills are requested with your order ID.
Drop-off after delivery is normal on every platform and is only covered where a service explicitly includes a refill guarantee.
04 Payments & wallet
Funds are added to a wallet balance and orders are charged against it. Payments are processed by our payment partners; we don't store card details on our servers.
- Prices are shown in US dollars. Payments in other currencies are converted at the rate applied at the time of payment.
- Your balance doesn't expire.
- Wallet funds are for buying services on Certipanel. They aren't a deposit account and don't earn interest.
- Deposits made in error should be reported to support as soon as possible.
05 Refund policy
Refunds are credited to your wallet balance, not back to your card, bank or crypto wallet.
Refunded automatically
- Orders a provider refuses or cannot start.
- Cancelled orders, for the undelivered portion.
- Partial deliveries, for the quantity not delivered.
Not refundable
- Orders placed against a wrong, private or deleted link.
- Orders already delivered in full, including later drop-off outside a refill guarantee.
- Results you were hoping for but the service doesn't promise — reach, sales or engagement beyond what was ordered.
If you believe an order was charged incorrectly, contact support with the order ID within 7 days. Opening a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting us may result in the account being suspended.
06 Acceptable use
You may not use Certipanel to:
- Target accounts, posts or channels you don't own or have permission to promote.
- Promote content that is illegal where you are, or that involves hate speech, harassment, violence, or the sexual exploitation of anyone.
- Deceive people about who is behind a campaign in ways that break the law — including election and financial-promotion rules in your country.
- Attack, overload or probe our systems, or resell access in a way that hides that Certipanel is the underlying provider when asked directly.
Social platforms have their own terms about engagement services. Using these services may breach those terms, and any consequence on your platform account is yours to carry. Consider that before ordering.
07 API & resellers
- Your API key spends your wallet balance. Treat it like a password and keep it server-side.
- Generating a new key immediately invalidates the old one.
- Stay within the published rate limits. Excessive automated traffic may be throttled or blocked.
- You may set your own prices for your customers, but you remain responsible for the orders placed under your key and for supporting your own customers.
08 Privacy
What we collect. Your username and email, your order history and the links you submit, your wallet and transaction records, and basic technical data such as IP address and browser used to keep the service secure.
Why we hold it. To run your account, deliver and track orders, process payments, prevent fraud and answer your support messages.
Who we share it with. Only what's needed: the provider fulfilling an order receives the link and quantity for that order; payment partners receive what they need to process a payment. We don't sell your data.
How long we keep it. Order and payment records are kept while your account is open and afterwards where we're required to keep financial records.
Your choices. You can update your details on your profile, and you can ask us to delete your account by contacting support. Some records must be retained for legal and accounting reasons.
Cookies. We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember preferences such as your theme. We don't use them to track you across other sites.
09 Liability
The service is provided as it is. We don't guarantee any particular result, ranking, revenue or growth from using it.
Where we're found liable, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you spent on the order in question. We're not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost opportunity, or action taken against your account by a social platform.
Nothing here removes rights you have under the consumer law of your country that cannot be excluded by agreement.
10 Changes & contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top shows the last revision, and continuing to use Certipanel after a change means you accept the updated terms.
